The attached MS-VS2008 projects are VB.NET projects that use LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK v17.5 to do the following:
1) The first project "Server_Screen_Capture" captures a small rectangle from the top-left corner of the screen and streams it using MPEG4 compression in an MPEG2-TS stream.
2) The second project "Client_Stream_Play" is a minimum player project that is able to play any stream including MPEG2-TS stream.
