I tested Capture Sample using .net version on Win 7 64bit PC.(32bit supoort version)

When I just connect video device(preview ON), and connect audio device. After connecting audio device, we cannot watch preview.(display change to black.)

I tested AMCAP.exe also. However I cannot watch audio source in AMCAP list.(There is only video source.)

Of course, there are all audio source with other PCs using AMCAP.

I think, the audio devices have some problems.
Do I have any method to check the status of audio device?

I'm afraid that our toolkit doesn't have a method to check the status of an audio device.
About the problem you are facing, try to re-install the audio device driver. Also, please make sure that you are setting the mode of capturing to Video and Audio. You can set this by selecting Video and Audio from Capture menu. Also, make sure that you are previewing both devices. You can do that by selecting preview from the Options menu, then select preview sources and choose Video and Audio.
