I am trying to convert a jpg file to IOCA and constantly get a 'failed' error.

Are there any restrictions to doing this?

Can you tell me what version of LEADTOOLS are you using? Also,
what is the LEADTOOLS programming interface (API, COM Objects, or .NET Class library) are you using?

If you load a JPG image inside our Main API demo and save it to IOCA do you still get the error message?

Hi:

Thanks for the response. I am loading a jpg into the main API demo, and selecting 'convert' from the 'file' menu. Attached is the 'about' screen shot

The attached is a word document, so please replace the .ext with .doc

To save the JPG file into IOCA, please perform the following steps on the LEADTOOLS Main API demo:

1. From File menu select "Open File"
2. From Open a File Dialog, browse and select a JPG image.
3. Press "Open" button on the Open a File Dialog.
The file will be loaded in the Main API demo.
To save the JPG file into IOCA:
1. From File menu select "Save File"
2. In the Save in combo box select "Desktop"
3. From Save a File Dialog, write "Test.ica", in the file name text box.
4. From the "Save as type" combo box, select "MODCA:IOCA (*.ica)"
5. Click on the "Save" button.
The IOCA image will be saved as "Test.ica" on your desktop.
