HOW TO: Keep The Annotation Tool Selected After Using It

When using LEADTOOLS v14 with .NET and automated annotations, the current tool automatically goes back to the Selection tool after the new annotation is created. For some applications, you may want the currently selected tool to persist so that the tool can be used repeatedly without going back and forth to the Toolbar. This example VB.NET 2003 application shows how to:
1. Keep the current tool selected from the toolbar after the annotation is created.
2. Use the AnnAutomationManager.CurrentObjectIdChanged event
3. Use the Toolbar.MouseDown event.
4. Use the RasterImageViewer.MouseMove event.
5. Change the AnnAutomationManager.CurrentObjectID property programmatically.

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Also changed project to automatically select dll's for running in 32-bit and 64-bit.
Extract to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\DotNet\VB\" to use the example.
