Hi All,

I am using Raster Imagng Pro for .net to convert PDF files to Jpeg images,  requre large Jpegs so I set the resolution to about 600 and get exactly what I need. Does anyone know how to do the same things for EPS and PS files?

For PDF I use the following oprions:

Codecs.Options.Pdf.Load.XResolution = resolution;

Codecs.Options.Pdf.Load.YResolution = resolution;

but EPS only seems to have 1 option:

Codecs.Options.Eps.Load.ForceThumbnail = false;

Would I need deal with the overhead of converting the PS/EPS to PDF first?

Any help would be appreciated.

The PDF load options should work for EPS if the EPS has postsccript
data.  If the EPS file has only an embedded TIFF image for example, you cannot specify a load resolution
.

Thanks Bashar, I will give that a go.

If the file does not have postscript data, what will happen?
If the option are ignored, I guess thats ok, if not can I detect this condition?

If the file does not contain postscript data, then the options will be ignored.  You will not get any errors or exceptions.
