Load Bitmap wihout view perspective

I have a little problem with load bitmap. I need load bitmap without view perspective value, in help files a found:
ELO_ROTATED    [0x00000010] Loads files without rotating them. This affects files that can be saved with a rotated view perspective. For more information refer to Accounting for View Perspective.
ELO_ROTATED flag in LOADFILEOPTION struct. I try to use that:

LOADFILEOPTION option;
L_GetDefaultLoadFileOption(&option, sizeof(LOADFILEOPTION));
option.Flags |= ELO_ROTATED;
L_LoadBitmap ((LPTSTR)(LPCTSTR)m_file, &m_bmh, 0, ORDER_BGR, &option, NULL);

But this code has no effect. Why?

In v14.5, we added a flag : ELO_IGNOREVIEWPERSPECTIVE, this flag Ignore the view perspective stored in the file and load the file as TOP_LEFT. If you are loading a TIF or Exif file that looks rotated or flipped, try setting this flag before loading the file.
