Hi

I am new to DICOM and have been gooing through leadtools for a few days now. To start with I find teh help extremely tough to comprehend. It may be excellent for experts but not to get started.

My first task is simple one , to create a dicom file from bmp. But have not been able to make much progress. Can you please suggest a helpful way to navigate the help file and in teh process accomplish this task also.

I am usin c#.net for dev.

thanks

Hello,

What is the exact programming interface that you use (COM, .Net, etc)?

If you are using LEADTOOLS .Net programming interface, saving to Dicom file formats is not supported yet using the LEADTOOLS .Net classes. So, you will need to use the COM programming interface to load and save your BMP files to Dicom file format under C#.Net.

I am attaching a small COM with C# project that shows how to load BMP image and save the image to Dicom grayscale image using the LEADTOOLS COM components.

Please check the project and let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Maen Badwan
