Re: Required/Optional OCR Redistributable files? (14.5)

Hello, I noticed that the Help file with .NET distribution of the Leadtools component are completely wrong about OCR (ltnet.chm). We have no .lc file nor W0*.DLL file as indicated in this help file.

I'd like to get my distribution smaller since i won't use Handprint and BarCode features. (Hand.rec is about 24MB!)

What about languages? Do i need any language file if i don't use any spell check feature?

Is the executable XOCR32B.exe needed?

I'm just in need of OCR on latin text, can i remove the other .SHP files? (I suppose these are the ones...)

The help file incorrectly refers to files that existed in older versions of the toolkit. We have already sent a correction request to our documentation team.
