Take photos without button - Use a internal event to take photo

I need take a photo without use the button ... is possible?

Hi Matt ...

1. Yes ... I'll develop my app
2. Android
3. I would like to leave the camera open and request a photo via the network, the communication with a server PC is already ready ... so from a central computer I take a photo and send it to that server.
4. Depends of the final cost.
5. Pictures of a main gate, using a cell phone as a camera, if I can control this image it would be great.
