How to rotate MedicalViewerCell with random degrees and how to rotate reference line together

The rotate angles of RotateImagePerspective function of MedicalViewerCell are limited to 90, 180, 270, -90, -180, -270 . RotateCommand of RasterImage can rotate one image at any degrees。Is there any way to rotate all the images in a MedicalViewerCell with random degrees at the same time? And Is there any way to force reference line rotate with image together?
