Do you happen to know of a way of rotating that is off center. In other words, if you need to rotate about a point that is located somewhere else on the image other then the ceter of the image.

Hello,
Your question doesn't appear to be related to the LEADTOOLS SDK, but rather Photoshop (as the name of the post implies). I recommend looking online for Photoshop tutorials about this issue. If you would like to develop an application that supports this functionality using our SDK, I can provide some documentation links or sample code for you.
