The attached project is LEADTOOLS Multimedia v16 C# VS2005 project that shows the following:
- How to use the LEADTOOLS Capture control with the LEAD Video Text Overlay Filter.
- How to control the LEAD Video Text Overlay Filter properties programmatically.
