I have to reinstall my Visual Studio/VB6 development environment to a Windows 7/32 machine. The LT13 Raster Imaging CD is run and the program is installed with no errors, however when I bring up a form in VB6 and attempt to place a LeadTools control on it, I get a message "License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment (Error 429)"
I have also applied the LT13 patch.
Can someone please help?

Gary,
Can you verify the LIC file is getting installed in the C:\Windows\System32 directory? There should be an ltocx13.lic file there that the SDK is looking to find.
Also, have you tried running Visual Studio 6 as an administrator? I'm wondering if Windows is throwing a security exception when LEADTOOLS is attempting to read the LIC file which LEADTOOLS then throws an error on creating the control (because we think someone's trying to use it without a license). VB6 then displays the error you've mentioned.
