We have been using LeadTools 17.5 to convert PDF to TIFF and we are now noticing some of the PDF files are converted as blank TIFFs. When I open with your test tool they also appear blank. Is this a know issue that can be fixed with an update?

Hello Tim,

It is an issue I have seen before. I don't specifically recall which version I saw it in. I do know that the issue was fixed with a newer build of the SDK. So I would make sure you have the latest version of LEADTOOLS 17.5 on your machine. If you do, I would suggest checking with the latest major version of LEADTOOLS to see if this issue is still present. You may need to upgrade to resolve this issue.

I want to make sure you have the latest patches for v17.5. In order to proceed further with that, I'll need to get some private licensing information from you and will do so via email. I will send an email from support@leadtools.com to the email address that you registered on the forum. If that email address is not correct, please update it and let me know so I can resend the email.

Thanks
