Dear Sir,

Would like to seek your help and advice for configuring HTTPS support for the HTML5 Medical Viewer. We attempted the instructions as listed in the following link, but in vain:

Kindly note the following:
1. After setting up the Web Server, we tested successfully the HTTPS support on the local server. Please refer to attachment "HTTPS Test Successful.jpg" for reference.
2. We did not find the file "WebViewer.aspx". We cannot locate the directory "MedicalViewer/Members " as well. We are currently using V19 (2015 version). We did not install the latest V19 software as too much testing and work has already been done on the current version.
3. Kindly note the attachment "HTTPS Error" for the error encountered.

Appreciate your help and advice on the issue encountered.
Thanks.HTTPS Test Successful.jpgHTTPS Error.jpg

Charles

Hello Charles,

I have a few questions to better understand your setup so we can help you.

There were a couple v19 releases in 2015. Using the VersionInfo.exe in the root of the LEADTOOLS install, can you specify the version number of the main LEADTOOLS SDK setup. This will help us to pin down which version of the viewer you currently have.

Which version of Windows are you using?

What version of IE are you using? Have you tried any other browser?

Which set of LEADTOOLS binaries are you using? .NET 3.5/4.0 and Win32/x64?
