NEEDHELP

Hello all!  I REALLY need help with a project I'm working on!  I have seminars with numerous doctors coming in with various medical files (pictures and videos in various formats, mostly CD) and I need to find a software that can quickly switch to in the middle of a power point presentation and play their files at full resolution without having a huge file sitting on my hard drive.  Many times they will have approximately 50 different videos to show.  In short...I need to take medical videos from disk and play them at full resolution on my laptop as quickly and flawlessly as possible.

We do not have a dedicated software for playing video files. 
Currently, we only have a development  SDK that you can use to create your own software:
