"Feature not supported" Error on RasterCodecs.Save()

I am prototyping a wrapper that will use LEADTools to replace our existing 3rd party libraries for scanning to simply see it in action as we are evaluating switching to you guys, but I have been running into a few issues.

Right now I am simply trying to get images from the scanner and put them in one of our classes that takes a stream and file extension, but this line keeps throwing an error:

_codecs.Save(image, fs, RasterImageFormat.Tif, image.BitsPerPixel);

image is a RasterImage coming from my TwainController class, I use File.Create to make 'fs' just above this line. When this executes I get a RasterException "Feature not supported" (See attached image). I have compared this to examples like TwainHighDemo and cannot find any obvious differences.

We are using a eval license but I replaced the example one with ours and it still worked fine.

Problem was resolved via phone support. For reference he just needed to build to the bin directory, meaning he was missing some dlls.
