Dear sir when i use Medical Workstation Dicom Dir Demo a particular type of series (MPR Thik Range) is not show proper Image Instance Sequence. when we load this series image Sequence some time start form 4 than show 12 or any other Image sequence. how to solve this problem.

1. What are the build numbers (file version info) of Leadtools.dll on your machine?
2. You mnetioned that the problem appears when using a particular type of series. Send me sample files that show the problem a ZIP or RAR file.
3. Your toolkit serial number (do NOT post it here) and the developer's name and company or organization name ((if you are still evaluating, just mention that).
4. Mention this forum post in your email to support.
If the ZIP or RAR file is larger than 5MB, you can contact
support@leadtools.com to ask for FTP upload instructions. Also, mention

You are using old builds of LEADTOOLS .NET DLLs. Please recheck the same issue using the latest v18 patches. To obtain the patches, send your serial number (do NOT post it here) and the developer's name and company or organization name in a new email to

Thank you for reply,
I am student , I do not have any Serial Key. I am R&D in Different Dicom IDE Such as Medical Connection,
Onis,MicroDicom,RadiAnt DICOM Viewer.
i downloaded latest version 19 evaluating. this problem persist in v19.
