0 None - Do nothing
and
1 Leave - Leave the target image as is

The difference is:

0 None - Do Nothing - used to replace one full-size, nontransparent frame with another.

1 Leave - Leave the Target Image As Is - used when you want any pixel not covered by the next frame to continue to display(use this when you want a frame to continue to show throughout the animation).
