Hello,
Is your input PDF an image based PDF that you want to turn into a text based PDF that adheres to the PDF/A standard?
If so, you can definitely achieve this using the LEADTOOLS SDK using our OCR functionality. You can test this using our Main OCR Demo that is installed with the toolkit.

this is the pdf output from my pdf.
i tried it on the online converter. Maybe i do something wrong

I need more information about this issue so please send us the source PDF file(you can send it here or send an email to
support@leadtools.com and include it). Also, download the evaluation of LEADTOOLS v19 and test the shipped demo instead of testing the online demo. since you can control and edit the properties of the features that you are using.
If you want to attach a file, make sure to put it in a ZIP or RAR file and don't use the Preview feature.
