Is it possible to have multiple Annotation Objects in edit mode at the same time? I want to do a common operation on selected annotation objects on an image. All the objects selected should be displayed in edit mode. Is it possible to run multiple editdesigners at the same time ?

Hello,
Do you mean that you want to create a separate AutomationAnn object for each annotation object?
Do you mean that all the object on the same container (or AutomationAnn object) to be in edit mode at the same time?
Can you please provide me with more information about what exactly you are trying to do?

No, i do not want to use Automation.
What I intend to do is to format or align the "user selected" objects. e.g. First I want the user to be able to "select" multiple annotations at the same time. (by using shift or ctrl key ...). i.e. if user selects two rectangle annotations, I want to display the control points on both the rectangles (as if both objects are in edit mode), and then take some action ...such as align the tops or lefts on both the objects......

Hello,
About selecting Multiple
Annotation objects together, by default, when adding Annotation objects
on the same container, you should be able to select two (or more)
objects by the shift button, or by selecting them in one region using
the mouse.
About editing multiple
annotation objects together, you might be able to do this by adding
these objects in one AnnGroupObject Class and then use the
AnnGroupEditDesigner object.
