Hi,
I am using C#.NET with LT 17.5 .NET assemblies.
I am willing to implement MRI Segmentation on 2D tagged images.
In segmentation, I am only interested in outlining inner and outer wall of heart components.
Input will be a series of Dicom MR images.
Output should be the walls outlined.
Attached is screen shot of sample output.
Note that the red and green lines drawn in attached image are drawn manually.
I am willing to automate this process.
Please let me know if this is possible using LT.

Are you using our Medical Viewer control or just our API?
You can try the Magic Wand under the region menu in our Medical Viewer Demo. You can adjust the region by clicking in the region and moving the mouse while holding it down.
More appropriate demo is in our C API image processing feature demo ("C:\LEADTOOLS 18\Bin\CDLLVC10\Win32\ImagePF_Original.exe).
There is an option under Image->Medical Imaging-> Brain Analysis.
