First, you need to extract that frame from the original dataset then create a new Dicom dataset and insert the image into that newly created dataset.
After that, pass it as attribute list to N-SET command.
See the Table H.4-10 under the section H.4.3.1.2.1.1 of PS 3.4 of DICOM standard.

About the extraction of desired frame: you can use ds.GetImage method, please see the following help topic:
http://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v175/dh/di/leadtools.dicom~leadtools.dicom.dicomdataset~getimage.html

Now you can create Dicom data set using:
DicomDataSet  dataSet = new DicomDataSet()

About inserting a frame image to the newly created dataset: you can use ds.InsertImage Method, for more information, see the following help topic:
http://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v175/dh/di/leadtools.dicom~leadtools.dicom.dicomdataset~insertimage.html

For the code of inserting a frame image to Dicom dataset, see the same help topic of GetImage Method:
http://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v175/dh/di/leadtools.dicom~leadtools.dicom.dicomdataset~getimage.html

About Passing the Dataset to the NSET request, read the following help:
http://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v175/dh/di/leadtools.dicom~leadtools.dicom.dicomnet~sendnsetrequest.html

Attached is a VS 2008 project using LEADTOOLS v17.5 designed to print single or multiframe XA datasets. This code could be modified to print images from other storage classes. This demo specifically uses a template dataset aimed at XA images. I have noted in the code where the changes should be made.

The method of printing is application-specific. This sample creates a single film session. It then creates a film box for each page of frames that will be sent to the SCP.

Steps for using this demo:
1.) Associate
2.) Create Film Session (pick a directory of files to print)
3.) Release
