HOW TO: OCR in ASP.NET

This is a simple ASP.NET C# 2.0 project that uses the LEADTOOLS v15 .NET class library to:

1. Load an image from a FileStream object using RasterCodecs.Load
2. OCR the image with the RasterDocument class
3. Use SaveResultsToMemory to print the resulting text onto the page

I've updated this Project for LEADTOOLS v17 .NET 4.0 VS 2010.

Please note that if your using the ThunkServer you must give IIS permission to access it. For more information on this, check out the help file topic "How to Host LEADTOOLS Services on IIS 7". Look at the section entitled "Special notes for OCR service". Within this section, there is information on how to set the permissions for IIS with the OCR Thunk Server:
