Hello.
I'm sorry for my English.

We need to develop an application for realtime conference.

This application captures a video web camera, then encode (h.264
realtime, delay no more 2 seconds), then to flash application, then on the web server.

I think it do: web camera -> encoder (h.264 realtime) -> virtual camera -> flash application.

How do it?

Our toolkit can be used to capture video and audio form any DirectShow device (such as web cam) and save the result as Flash (FLV) format.
However, I'm not sure how you want to implement the other part, which is streaming the recorded Flash video to the flash application. Do you want the computer that captures from webcam to stream the video directly to a computer (a network address)? If yes, what is the protocol used by that computer to receive the video? Is it UDP, TCP, or something else?

Flash application can capture video and audio from webcamera and video transmits to internet (web server or other a flash application).
But, video is the bad quality.
I want to do
next:
1. To make a application, which
capture video and audio from webcamera and realtime encoder (h.264).
2. To make a virtual webcamera.
3. A Application, which encode video (
item 1) provides data (stream) a virtual webcamera. A virtual webcamera transmits stream.
4. Flash application gets stream with virtual webcamera.

Thanks.

If you mean you want to capture video from a camera source and stream it using H264 compression, our toolkit provides the ability to do so. You can check the following pre-built demos which ships with the toolkit:
- Video Conferencing Server demo.
- Video Conferencing Client demo.
- Capture demo.

I suggest that download our Multimedia SDK from our website and check these demos. If you face any problems, feel free to contact us.
