Hi

I am new to Lead SDK tools and I need to know how can the speed of the video being played locally (no live streaming) can be controlled.

Can anyone please provide me a quick start on this?

You can control the rate of playback by using the ltmmPlayCtrl.Rate Property. For example, a rate of 1.0 indicates normal playback speed.
