Hello,
we use your Imaging Pro SDK v16.5 to convert and save TIFF files (this works very well). Further we have a rendering server to create PDF documents from XML sources. In this step we attach the created TIFF files to the generated PDF documents and here we have a problem. The rendering server cannot handle the generated TIFF files.
I have already contacted the manufacturer of the rendering server and he said that the produced TIFF files uses an indexed colorspace and this is not yet supported by their product!? How is it possible to convert the colorspace? We use the following settings:
Format: TIF
Compression: LZW
Resolution: 150 x 150 dpi
Bits/pixel: 8 bit
I am grateful for any device ;-)

I'm not sure what you mean by "indexed colorspace". Is it related to the fact that the resulting TIFF file contains a color palette with indexes from zero up to 255 (or less)?
If that's the case, all images in LEADTOOLS that are 8 bits per pixel or less will contain a palette (indexed color table). If you want to save a color TIFF file without a palette, you should save it as 24-bits.
If the image is 8-bit grayscale, the default setting for LEADTOOLS is to store the grayscale palette with the file. However there's an option to save the TIFF without the palette when it's gray. The details depend on which LEADTOOLS programming interface (.NET classes, DLL API, C++ Classes, etc.) you are using.
