Image rotated after resizing

I am resizing a particular jpg, and noticed after resizing that it is rotated 90 degrees.
After debugging a bit, I found that on the original image CodecsImageInfo.ViewPerspective is TopLeft90.
Do I need to do anything (or should I be doing anything) to keep the ViewPerspective intact for the resulting image?
I have attached the images and code.

The rotation happens when you load the image using RasterImage tempImage = codecs.Load(sourceStream). LEADTOOLS loads the image correctly since it has TopLeft90 in CodecsImageInfo.ViewPerspective.

You can use IgnoreViewPerspective Property, which indicates whether or not to ignore the view perspective stored in the file.

If the image contains ViewPerspective, LEADTOOLS will save its information along with the image.
