I was wondering if V15 supports saving of dicomdir’s. I see that the C# class library supports this (there is the LDicomDir class with methods such as InsertDicomFile and SaveDicomDir), but the .NET class library does not seem to have similar classes. Are there any alternatives or samples?

If you are using LEADTOOLS v15 .Net classes, you can use the DicomDir Class. For more information, please see the following help topics in the LEADTOOLS v15 .Net documentation:
