Hi, can any one please tell me how we can obtain the frames rate from dcm file which is dicom movie.

You can get the frame rate of the DICOM movie file by using LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK. You need to use the ltmmMediaInfo Object to get detailed information about the DICOM media file. Please check the ltmmMediaInfo.VideoFrameRate property.
