Hi

       I am using Leadtools v15.0 latest patch and working in VB.NET MedicalViewerDemo Project. I want to calculate the Pixel intensity for 16bpp CT images. How can i do that? Give a sample code and idea of getting Pixel Intensity... I have attached the 16 bpp CT image.

I believe you and I spoke about this in chat regarding calculating HU values.  Getting the pixel intensity is the first step in calculating HU and the demo on http://support.leadtools...rums/24633/ShowPost.aspx shows how to get the pixel intensity. 

Keep in mind that this is just s simple demo and doesn't cover all the bases.  It is your responsibility to understand how integer values are represented in binary and how to properly convert the binary data returned from GetPixelData into an integer.
