i using it,open a bmp file,save as dicom file,the patient's name is "john doe", can i change it? how to do?

You need to use the Medical functions of LEADTOOLS. Use the DicomDataSet.SetStringValue method. For more information, please check the help topic 'SetStringValue' in the .NET help files.
