Hi,

I found L_CreateBitmap function to create a BITMAPHANDLE structure. But
i dont find the image displayed. The image require the window level and
center values but when i create i provide the whole 16 bit image data.
Now i store the image data in the Data Set and then use GetImage function to get the image.

I would like to know whether the BITMAPHANDLE structure can be created
in memory and handled in memory where in all the values for particular image should be initialised as it is done with GetImage function

Thanx
Sudharsan

Hello,

L_CreateBitmap function Initializes and allocates a bitmap, without loading any data.
Now, to create the bitmap in
memory, you will need to set the uMemory parameter (in the
L_CreateBitmap funtion) to TYPE_USER  flag, and will need to set
the pData parameter to the Data pointer that will contain the bitmap data, and set the dwSize Size of the data buffer pointed to by pData.

LEADTOOLS has several functions that can handle memory, such as:
L_LoadBitmapMemory
L_LoadMemory
L_GetBitmapMemoryInfo
L_SetMemoryThresholds
L_SetBitmapMemoryInfo
L_SaveBitmapMemory
L_SaveFileMemory
And more...

However, for more information
about the L_CreateBitmap function, you can refer to the "LEADTOOLS Main API Help File v14", and read the following topic:

- L_CreateBitmap

Note: check the L_CreateBitmap help file example.

Thanks,
