We have just purchased LeadTools Imaging SDK V16.
We have used Lead Tool ActiveX COM Library in VB.Net.
When distributing Ltocx.ocx it registers Fine but throws a COM exception. If we install the Lead Tools SDK setup and then run the same program it works fine.
COM Exception (0x80040112):Creating an instance of COM Component with CLSID {....} from IClassFactory failed due following error: 80040112
The instance I am trying to create is for LeadLib.Lead

How exactly does your project create our control? If you draw it on a form and build an EXE out of the project that contains the form, it should work.
If you create it in other ways, you should modify your code to pass our License String to the control while it's being created.
