Greetings,

I just got version 16.0 and I was working with version 14.5 as an Active X control. Can I still do the same with this version?

I'm afraid that the Vector ActiveX controls have not been ported to v16.

What are my alternatives? Can I used C# and the Vector Libraries?

We don't have .NET native vector functions. You could try to wrap our C style DLL function calls with C# declarations, but unfortunately I don't have code samples on how to do this.
