We have requirement for one of our client. The requirement is the end user will upload TIFF / PDF file to our application, then we need to convert that TIFF / PDF to editable content like XML (using XSl we will transform XML) or some thing like this.I want to convert TIFF as it is as Editable content (with all formatting, check boxes, text areas, text context and labels and hand written data as well).

 The application is on ASP.net, .net version 2.0


Please advice me.
