Hi,
First, I need to store video in Sql Server. This is not a problem, I just resolve this, but the problem is with bigger file that spend lots of time to transfer and store to server, so I need something to store to SQL Server in a batch mode (in background ) to get client application free to do something else.
Second, as the store I need to stream from SQL Server to client application without transfering the entire file to client.
I'm using LT Multimedia 15 with VB.NET.

With
some formats, such as AVI, you cannot copy or stream a video file unless that
file is complete. Trying to copy part of it which it is still being captured or
converted could cause invalid data to be transferred, because the data at the
beginning of the file (the header) is not guaranteed to be correct unless the
file is complete.
However,
with some other formats that are suitable for streaming, such as WMV (ASF) and
OGG, the data written in the beginning can be transferred even before the file
writing process is complete.
This
means you will probably be able to achieve your goal if you use a streaming-compatible
format.
