Its my understanding before I can access the API of ePrint5 that I need to unlock the API by using this above function call right?

If so, Where do I get the "key", I've tried the serial number for the API license but that doesn't work. I only get a -1010 error.

Err = L_EpnUnlockSupport("xxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxx", EPN_SUPPORT_GENERAL);

Thanks,
Weston Fryatt

Weston,
If you already bought the ePrint API and signed a deployment license agreement, our licensing department should send you an appropriate key to use for unlocking the API.

However, if you're still evaluating or you haven't yet decided on deployment, you could use the following syntax as a temporary solution:
L_EpnUnlockSupport("", EPN_SUPPORT_EVAL)

If you still face related problems, please send your serial number to our licensing department or to support@leadtools.com
