Are there any good examples of how to connect to a Conquest DICOM server available in .NET? Are there any exampls of how to connect to another freely available DICOM server?

The type of DICOM Server used is irrelevant to the use of
LEADTOOLS.  The same code should connect to any server as long as
it conforms to the DICOM standard.  Please refer to the LEADTOOLS for .NET documentation and look into the following topics:

DICOM Network Communication Support for Message Exchange
Creating a DICOM Network Connection

Each method/property has a small code fragment that shows how it is used.
