Determines whether the specified image, document, or vector file can be loaded as an SVG file.

|pbSupported||Pointer to a variable to be updated. TRUE if the specified image, document or vector file can be loaded as SVG; otherwise, FALSE.|
|nBufferSize||Size of the file in memory (in bytes).|
|pLoadOptions||Pointer to extended load options.|
|pFileInfo||Pointer to a FILEINFO structure. This structure can contain file information used in loading an image, or it can be updated with information about the file being loaded.|

Support for SVG is only available in the Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.
