Appends a graphic data to the graphic segment inside the NITF file.

Parameters

HNITF hNitf

Handle to an existing NITF file, created by calling the L_NITFCreate function.

pVECTORHANDLE pVector

Pointer to a VECTORHANDLE that holds the graphic data to be added to the graphic segment into the NITF file.

LPRECT prcVecBounds

Pointer to a RECT structure that specifies the bounding rectangle for the vector handle.
