Handles pointer move events on the designer.

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Description
sender	AnnContainer	The container associated with this designer.
e	AnnPointerEventArgs	The event data.

Return Value

Type	Description
boolean	true if this event is handled; otherwise, it is false.

Remarks

Derived classes should override this method in order to process pointer move events on the container. The designer should return true if it handled this event in any way.
