Resets the Scanner session.

| scanner | Pointer to the handle of the credit card scanner. This handle is needed to work with the Credit Cards API. |

Call L_CC_CreateScanner before calling any other LEADTOOLS Credit Cards toolkit functions.
When the handle to the scanner session is no longer needed, free it by calling L_CC_DestroyScanner. For every call to L_CC_CreateScanner there must be a call to L_CC_DestroyScanner.
