Keyword	Definition and Usage
EXT_CALLBACK	Defined as _cdecl ; used as an attribute for all toolkit callback functions.
pEXT_CALLBACK	Defined as EXT_CALLBACK *; used as an attribute when defining pointers to toolkit callback functions.
