LEAD RLE Decoder

The LEAD RLE Decoder is a DirectShow® filter for decompressing Video data stored in ISO (Quicktime, MP4) files using the RLE compression. These files mark the video stream with the 'rle ' box type. The RLE compression is limited, but is lossless and it is used in some legacy .MOV or .MP4 files.
