IltmmRTSPServer::put_TargetAddress

C Syntax

HRESULT IltmmRTSPServer_put_TargetAddress(pThis, newValue)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT put_TargetAddress(newValue)

 

IltmmRTSPServer *pThis;

/* pointer to the interface */

BSTR newValue;

/* the IP address on which to listen */

Sets the IP address on which the RTSP Server should listen for connections.

Parameter

Description

pThis

Pointer to the IltmmRTSPServer interface.

newValue

String containing the IP address. The address can be in the IPv4 format (like "192.168.0.120") or a host address (like "localhost").

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

The RTSP Server will listen for RTSP clients to connect to the address specified by this function and the port passed to IltmmRTSPServer::StartServer.
