Sets the name of the specified item in the Value Representation Table.
| Parameter | Description | 
| pVR | Pointer to a structure that contains an item in the Value Representation Table. The name of this item will be set using the string contained in pszName. | 
| pszName | Character string that contains the name to be set. | 
Returns
| TRUE | The name was successfully set. | 
| FALSE | Not enough memory. |
