Gets the Implementation Version for the specified DICOM Associate.

Null terminated character string that contains the implementation version. The length of this string should not exceed PDU_MAX_VERSION_SIZE + 1. |

Setting the Implementation Version can be disabled, or enabled and set using L_DicomSetImplementVersion.
