Returns a pointer to the Coded Concept in the specified Context Group with the specified index.
| Parameter | Description | 
| pContextGroup | Pointer to a DICOMCONTEXTGROUP structure that specifies the Context Group which contains the required Coded Concept. | 
| uIndex | The index of the required Coded Concept in the specified Context Group. This index is zero-based. Valid values range from 0 to the count of Coded Concepts in the Context Group minus 1. Use the L_DicomGetCountCodedConcept to obtain the count. |

| !NULL | Pointer to a DICOMCODEDCONCEPT structure that specifies the Coded Concept at the specified index in the specified Context Group. | 
| NULL | The specified index is invalid. |
