File Formats: ArcInfo Interchange File Format (E00)

ArcInfo Interchange File Format is a vector file format which is produced by ESRI. It is as an export file used to enable coverage, grid or TIN and an associated INFO table to be transferred between different machines, which are not connected by any type of file sharing network.

This file format is not supported in non-vector LEADTOOLS toolkits. Read support for this format is provided in the LEADTOOLS Vector Imaging Pro toolkit and is unlocked when the Vector features are unlocked.

The default extension used by this format is: E00.

This file format is supported by the TatukGIS Viewer and by FME (from Safe Corporation).

This file format supports layers, grouping objects, and embedded raster objects.
